Since early 2018, Peter Faerber is the CEO of Consolidated Grünenfelder Saady Holding Company (CGS). As an authentic leader with a focus on customers, innovation and organizational excellence, Peter excels in delivering revenue and profit growth. He has been instrumental in identifying opportunities for the development and launch of several new product lines, enabling CGS to expand into new market segments using existing core competencies.
Prior experience as Managing Director UK and Global Transition Manager (post-merger integration) for the Kaba Group (now DormaKaba, total 11 years) as well as Product Manager, Sales Manager and Marketing Director within the Hilti Group (total 9 years) enable Peter to successfully drive growth, navigate challenges and manage risks.
He started his career as Project Engineer for heating and refrigeration projects in Switzerland, his international career (lived in 7 countries, 3 continents) reflects his passion for people and cultures.
Peter’s focus is on continuous improvement, operational excellence, digitalization and automation. His strategic mindset and deep understanding of corporate development is the driving force behind the success of the CGS Group.

Ruban Deep Singh Bilen is a Canadian finance professional with over two decades of leadership experience across North America, the Middle East, and international markets.
As of June 2024, Ruban serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Consolidated Grünenfelder Saady Holding Company (CGS) in Saudi Arabia, where he is responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, performance, and governance of the Group’s manufacturing operations.
Prior to joining CGS, Ruban spent over a decade with KONE Corporation, holding key roles such as MEA Regional CFO in the UAE and Canada CFO, where he led regional finance teams and contributed to business growth across diverse geographies. Before KONE, he held several senior finance leadership positions at AECOM Technology Corporation in both Canada and the U.S., including Vice President of Operations and Senior Director roles overseeing global business lines and integration.
Earlier in his career, Ruban built his financial foundation at Earth Tech Inc. and General Electric, progressing through a variety of roles in financial planning, analysis, and commercial finance.

Feras Bassam Al-Jumaa is a seasoned Saudi executive in Human Capital and Organizational Development, bringing over 15 years of progressive leadership experience across diversified sectors including manufacturing, retail, and pharmaceuticals. With a proven ability to align human capital strategies with corporate vision, Feras specializes in building agile HR functions that drive sustainable growth, cultural transformation, and workforce capability.
Feras joined Consolidated Grünenfelder Saady Holding Company (CGS) in 2015 and is currently serving as General Manager – Human Resources, where he leads the Group’s end-to-end HR function. His focus spans strategic workforce planning, organizational design, performance architecture, succession and talent management, and change leadership. He plays a pivotal role in embedding a performance-driven culture, enabling cross-functional integration, and guiding the Group through strategic transformation and Saudization initiatives.
Prior to CGS, Feras held senior HR roles at AL-Kaffary Group, leading HR for its retail division, and began his career at Thimar Aljazirah Company (TAC) in administration within the pharmaceutical industry.

Andrew Peter Wilson is the Vice President of Operations at CGS, bringing over 30 years of hands-on leadership experience across the UK, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE. With a strong background in manufacturing, automotive, and industrial equipment, Andrew plays a key role in overseeing and optimizing operations across the group.
He began his journey with CGS as General Manager – Automotive, where he was instrumental in streamlining workshop operations and setting the foundation for broader operational improvements. His performance in this role led to his promotion to Vice President – Operations.
Before joining CGS in 2022, Andrew held several senior positions including General Manager at Almana Enterprises in Qatar, Technical Manager at Mahmood Saleh Abbar Co. in Saudi Arabia, and Operations Director at Aspen Design Services in the UK. Earlier in his career, he worked with renowned companies like Thermoking and Carrier in roles focused on service, training, and regional sales.

Tomas Gerard Quinn is an Irish professional with a strong foundation in Transport Refrigeration & HVAC-R engineering and over two decades of hands-on experience in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
Tom began his journey with Consolidated Grünenfelder Saady Holding Company (CGS) in 2010, stepping into the role of Workshop Manager. His commitment, technical expertise, and leadership qualities quickly earned him increased responsibilities, including leading the Dammam and Bahrain branches as General Manager — playing a key role in expanding CGS’s regional footprint. He also headed the CGS liaison Manager to Carrier Transicold, further contributing client service excellence.
Today, Tom serves as General Manager – CGS Group Sales, where he oversees the Group’s sales strategy and customer relations. His ability to bridge technical know-how with commercial understanding has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s position in the market.
Tom’s early career was rooted in Ireland, where he began as a Technical Engineer with Ballionlough Refrigeration, building a solid foundation in refrigeration systems. He then moved to Riyadh, where he took on a Workshop Manager role with ThermoKing, eventually transitioning into a Sales Manager position. His entrepreneurial drive later led him to Spain, where he established and ran I.C. Refrigeration, a heating and ventilation services company that further deepened his hands-on expertise and commercial sensibilities.
Tom is recognized not only for his longevity with the company but also for being a steady, reliable force behind CGS’s continued success in the Gulf region.
Tom earned his degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering from the Technological University in Ireland in 1999.
Helmi Fayad Hussein is a seasoned engineering professional with a long-standing career in the manufacturing sector, built on more than two decades of hands-on leadership and technical expertise. Originally from Palestine,
Helmi has been a core member of Consolidated Grünenfelder Saady Holding Company (CGS) in Saudi Arabia since 2001. Over the years, he has grown with the company, starting as a Telecommunications Engineer, then moving into the role of Production Manager and as HOD, and eventually taking on his current position as General Manager – Engineering & Production (EP).
His progression within CGS is a testament to his deep technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and quiet, consistent leadership. Helmi is known for delivering engineering solutions with precision and for managing complex production operations with a calm, steady hand.
With his longstanding commitment and institutional knowledge, Helmi continues to play a key role in shaping the company’s engineering capabilities and supporting project development from concept to execution.

Jalal Ali Mahmoud Alfar is a Jordanian Mechanical Engineer with over two decades of experience in technical management, industrial operations, and refrigeration systems across the Middle East and Africa.
Since January 2020, Jalal has been serving as the General Manager - Refrigeration at Consolidated Grünenfelder Saady Holding Company (CGS) in Saudi Arabia. In this role, he leads the design, implementation, and optimization of complex refrigeration solutions tailored to industrial and cold chain requirements.
Before joining CGS, Jalal spent nearly a decade with GEA GRADE in Egypt, where he managed operations for the company’s Africa branch. His earlier experience includes key technical leadership roles with companies in the UAE and Jordan, such as Fresh Fruits, Sameer Aljabali & Brothers, and International Tobacco, where he oversaw plant operations, maintenance, and technical services.
Jalal began his career in 2000 as a Marketing Engineer at Almaaden Trading & Marketing Establishment, quickly transitioning into engineering and technical management roles. His career reflects a consistent focus on operational efficiency, technical excellence, and industry-specific innovation.
